OffLadder is operated by The AIGency LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as OffLadder. These terms are the agreement between you and The AIGency LLC. By making an account you're agreeing to them, so they're short and readable on purpose.
You need to be 13 or older
OffLadder is for ages 13 and up. If you're under 13 you can't sign up, and if we find an account belongs to someone under 13 we'll close it and delete the data.
What OffLadder is, and isn't
It's a coach: it asks questions, suggests possibilities, and gives you small things to try. It uses AI, so it can be wrong, out of date, or miss context. It is not professional careers, legal, financial, medical or mental-health advice. Use your judgement, and talk to a real person you trust before any big decision. If you're struggling, please contact a local support service or a trusted adult.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give us reasonably accurate information, the coaching is only as good as what it knows.
- One account per person.
Fair use
Please don't script, scrape or hammer the product, try to break into other people's data, upload other people's private information, or use OffLadder to harass anyone or do anything illegal. We apply reasonable usage limits and may pause accounts that abuse the service.
What you share stays yours
Everything you write, upload and make stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the product can work for you, nothing more. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. See the Privacy page.
Membership, payment and billing
You can use OffLadder with an account without buying membership. This includes your read, directions, worlds, openings, experiments, weekly brief and constellation, and up to 5 messages a day to the coach, or 10 on the day you create your account. Paid membership removes that daily message limit. The 30-day trial is optional, starts only if you choose it, and needs no card; if no card is added by day 30, it ends and nothing is charged. It is sold as a subscription: a monthly plan at $9 per month and a yearly plan at $79 per year, with billing beginning after 30 days. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the Pricing page before you buy. Unless you cancel before billing begins, the plan you chose begins and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Membership page in the product, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If we change prices we'll tell you before your next renewal. Full payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are covered by Stripe's Buyer Terms. Who takes your order
OffLadder membership is sold by The AIGency LLC, trading as OffLadder. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf.
Availability and changes
OffLadder is early. Features will change and things will occasionally break. If we make a material change to these terms we'll say so in the product. It's provided as-is and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service; to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and we can't be liable for decisions you make based on what a coach suggests.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the service.
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@offladder.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
