These terms cover using OffLadder. By making an account you're agreeing to them, so they're short and readable on purpose.

You need to be 13 or older

OffLadder is for ages 13 and up. If you're under 13 you can't sign up, and if we find an account belongs to someone under 13 we'll close it and delete the data.

What OffLadder is — and isn't

It's a coach: it asks questions, suggests possibilities, and gives you small things to try. It uses AI, so it can be wrong, out of date, or miss context. It is not professional careers, legal, financial, medical or mental-health advice. Use your judgement, and talk to a real person you trust before any big decision. If you're struggling, please contact a local support service or a trusted adult.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us reasonably accurate information — the coaching is only as good as what it knows.
• One account per person.

Fair use

Please don't script, scrape or hammer the product, try to break into other people's data, upload other people's private information, or use OffLadder to harass anyone or do anything illegal. We apply reasonable usage limits and may pause accounts that abuse the service.

What you share stays yours

Everything you write, upload and make stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the product can work for you — nothing more. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. See the Privacy page.

Availability and changes

OffLadder is early. Features will change, things will occasionally break, and we may add paid options later. If we make a material change to these terms we'll say so in the product. Because it's provided as-is, we can't be liable for decisions you make based on what a coach suggests.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@offladder.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
