Don't pickyour future.Test it.
OffLadder is a career exploration tool for people who don't know what to do next. It gives you directions worth exploring and small real-world experiments to test them, instead of a personality label.
Three questions, then something small and real to try. OffLadder uses what you noticed to shape what comes next.
For anyone unsure what's next: choosing subjects, starting out, changing direction or returning to work.
What you get
Free to start- ExploreDirections and real problems picked for you, from a feed that changes as it learns how you think.
- ExperimentsSmall real things to try for each direction. Stuck? Say so and Laddie can suggest a different one.
- OpportunitiesWhen you're ready: people worth talking to, and openings worth looking into.
- LaddieAn AI guide who remembers what you tried, spots patterns and nudges you to act. Type or talk.
- Your recordWhat you've tried and what you made of it, kept in one place. Not a personality result. A record of what you did.
It starts with 3 questions. Then it keeps going with you.
Every answer, every experiment and every conversation can change what comes next. What you tell Laddie stays with your record.

Common questions
Before you start.
Is it free?
Yes, to start. No account needed for your first directions. A free account includes 5 Laddie messages a day (10 on your first day). Unlimited Laddie is $9 a month (normally $15) or $79 a year (normally $120), with an optional 30-day trial and no card needed. See Pricing.
What happens after my first directions?
Save them with a free account, try the experiment, and tell Laddie how it went. Each week you get a brief with a new direction or experiment to test.
Is this a personality test?
No. There is no type, score or label. What you see changes with what you share and what you actually try.
How is this different from a chatbot?
Laddie remembers what you have tried, turns ideas into experiments and doors to open, and links pay and routes to sources. It can still get things wrong, so check anything important.
What happens to my answers?
They help shape what you explore, and nothing else. Export or delete everything anytime. OffLadder is for ages 13 and over, and For parents has separate guidance.
What about AI changing jobs?
We can't promise which careers will be safe from AI. OffLadder helps you investigate how work is changing, explore different possibilities and try relevant tasks. Use what you discover to decide what to learn or explore next.
You don't have to decide anything today.
Answer three questions and see what comes back. If it's wrong, say so, and it moves.
Two more questions after this one, then your first directions.
What would you rather spend an hour doing?
Next: two more questions, then your first directions. Pick the closest; you can always change it later.
Your answers stay private. Export or delete anytime.
