Refund policy

OffLadder membership is sold by The AIGency LLC, trading as OffLadder. Billing begins 30 days after you start, so you can see the whole thing before you pay anything. On top of that, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee

If you're not happy with your membership, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the payment. You don't need to explain yourself. Once approved, the money goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The 30-day trial needs no card. If you don't add one by day 30, the trial ends and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel a membership at any time from the Membership page in the product, or through the billing portal there. Cancelling stops future payments and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling before billing begins means you're never charged at all.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days we don't normally refund a period that's already been used, but if something went wrong on our side, such as being billed twice or losing access, write to us and we'll put it right.
